Thank you for your interest in the WP TECH SUPPORT* (yearly and monthly plans available)
We offer the following items with this package:
-- Up to one (1) hour of website updates/month (including visual updates, updating events pages, adding or updating new copy provided by you, etc.)
-- If support exceeds the one (1) hour per month allotment, you will be charged $75.00 per hour for the additional work
-- WordPress software updates
-- Plug-in updates and monitoring
-- Automatic Back-ups (when the software is updated)
-- Remote back-up of the website (weekly)
-- Up to 4 back-ups are stored on a remote server
-- Priority turnaround (no more than 72 hours to complete any request) via our ticketing system ([email protected])
